The incumbent will be responsible for assisting customers with issues such as bill enquiries, SIM replacement, and maintaining Brand reputation. Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service and have a positive experience. Analyze customer issues and propose suggestions for improvements. Monitor stock level of products and POS materials at store; highlight for replenishment when required. Ensure sales promotion materials are adequate and properly displayed. Develop and maintain effective partnerships with partners. Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and presentation to ensure a pleasant store environment. Analyze sales trends, identify opportunities for growth and provide sales forecasts. Collate competitive information through customer engagement and propose sales activities to increase sales. Be aware of the sales promotion, and to share promotion information with customers to encourage new sales.

This position reports directly to the Operations Manager.
skills and experience required
The incumbent should come with at least 1 years of working experience in the retail service center or relevant tele-co industry experience . To succeed in this role, you must be service oriented, highly organized and possess the aptitude to analyze and solve problems independently. It is essential that you have great interpersonal and communication skills to interact with different types of customers in a diverse environment.
