about the job
Assisting in the planning, reviewing, and implementation of trade mix, mall positioning, and leasing plans for retail spaces.
Involved in lease negotiations and documentations for new leases and renewals.
Preparing marketing materials, conducting site inspections for prospective tenants, and maintaining relationships with tenants and property consultants.
Monitor market conditions and retail trends, prepare budgets, marketing progress and management reports. Y
Work with system vendors, Finance department on arrears/GTO management, and with Facilities Management department on tenant support and management.
skills & experience required
Diploma in Real Estate/ Marketing/ Business related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the property/real estate industry.
