about the role
- Elevate the overall retail experience by nurturing well-trained staff and enhancing customer interactions.
- Engaging Training Delivery: Conduct compelling online and on-site training programs to enhance the brand essence and showcase products effectively.
- Performance Evaluation through shop visits to assess training impact, and customer service skills of staff.
- Needs assessment and objective setting
- Customize training content based on individual country’s context and relevance
- Foster high-performance teams by providing coaching, e-learning resources, and on-the-job training to drive retail excellence beyond expectations.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operational efficiency within the retail environment.
skills and experience required
- 2 years of training experience in FASHION retail
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office and video editing software.
- Big picture orientation with attention to details
- Strong communication skills
