Constantly innovating to meet the changing consumer needs and behaviours while expanding their global market share, they are now looking for a high calibre Revenue Recognition Manager, for the region’s business.

about the job
Reporting to the APAC head of finance and the global head of revenue recognition, you will be providing consultation to the sales and contracts teams, prepare final revenue recognition accounting conclusions and support documentation on software contracts for APAC. You will also be working very closely with the deal team and customers to come up with an optimal deal that will maximise profits. Your will

  • act as the advisor of the sales team during contract negotiation and coming up with alternatives to accelerate sales cycle
  • ensure the compliance to SOX and ASC 606
  • review the month-end closing for the APAC countries and provide variance analysis for revenue and deferred revenue

skills and experience required
You should ideally be Degree qualified with a strong grasp of the revenue recognition concept (ASC 606). You are able to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines and have a strong attention to details. Prior audit experience is an advantage for this role.
