About the company
Our client is an international life insurer with presence across Asia and UAE

About the job
You will be responsible for reviewing Risk Appetite Statements and ensuring that the Board and Risk committees are well informed of the business and industry best practices. You will ensure that the group operates within an appropriate risk management framework and ensure that controls are in place to safeguard and uphold the reputation of the business. You will act as the main point of contact between the group and industry regulators (MAS, LIA, etc.), providing regulatory oversight and reporting where required.

Skills and Experience required
Degree in Banking/Finance or in any relevant discipline with 5-7 years of risk and compliance experience in the insurance space. In order to succeed in this role, you should possess good understanding of risk from an operational perspective, strong market knowledge and industry regulations.
