This role is required to oversee and implement risk governance, while ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and local regulations. You will manage and coordinate risk assessments, define and monitor the risk appetite framework, and support regional risk activities. You will also deliver risk training, and support the internal control implementation.

- This role reports to the Head of Risk.
skills and experience required
- As this role will work closely with the head office, candidates with strong stakeholder management skills are ideal.
- >7 years of risk management experience in the insurance industry, especially in operational risk.
- Degree in Business, Insurance or Finance related fields.
- Good knowledge of regulations and industry guidelines applicable to the insurance/financial industry.
- Insurance-related certifications will be preferred.
