    about the job

    As an academic sales executive, you will:

    • Manage and develop relationships with clients from academic and research institutions
    • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
    • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
    • Forecast and track key account metrics


    about the manager/team

    You will report to the sales manager for academic segment and work closely with other departments such as technical support, marketing and product specialists to maximize customers' satisfaction.


    skills and experience required

    Minimum bachelor degree in cellular biology or related fields.

    Good knowledge of life sciences research equipment and consumables. Past experience in biology research laboratories will be advantageous.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
