about the company

The company is one of the leading and experienced real estate developer. The company focuses on development, investment and designing buildings.

about the job

In this role, you will be providing administrative support by setting up and filing all correspondence in purchasers’ files. You will be required to monitor, check, follow up and compile purchasers’ requests. In addition, you will need modify documents, Sales & Purchase agreements and payment timeline. Lastly, other adhoc assignments will be assigned to you.

about the manager / team

You will be working closely with the sales team. You will be required to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders such as buyers or agents.

skills & experience required

The ideal incumbent should have 2-3 years’ experience in administration . You are required to be proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint is necessary as well. We are looking for a meticulous, result oriented and outspoken individual. You should be an individual who is able to work in a fast paced environment. You may be required to work on weekends and public holidays as and when required during showflat launches. Having experience working in a law firm will be an advantage.
