Offering both hardware and software, they are able to provide a range of IT solutions and services (IoT, PaaS, SaaS), bespoke and tailored made to their clients needs, including turnkey projects.

    about the job

    As the Sales / Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the business and revenue of their IoT solutions. This includes building up sales for all their IoT solutions and offerings, both for new business development as well as through the account management of existing clients. Your main responsibilities include:

    • Managing the entire sales process from prospecting to close of all new business development for their IoT solutions and services
    • Formulating sales strategies, implementing sales targets, and being responsible for the company's sales performance according to the company's strategic planning and performance indicators;
    • Meeting and exceeding annual and quarterly sales targets including maintenance of accurate pipelining
    • Regularly checking the latest market development trends, investigating and summarizing the industry products, exploring business cooperation opportunities, and putting forward feasible suggestions on the company's products and market strategies;
    • Participation and representation of organisation at key trade conferences and exhibitions;
    • Maintenance and expansion of key clients.

    skills & experience required

    • At least 3 years solution sales experience, with experience in B2B IoT solution sales, otherwise in PaaS, SaaS sales;
    • Strong knowledge of IoT systems, particularly pertaining to near-field communication, EduTech, Agri-Tech.
    • Strong direct sales, but also experience across channel sales such as through channel partners or other avenues.
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to conduct sales, including tenders, bids, presentations and pitches.
    • Have keen industry insight, strong ability of analysis and judgment, market development, customer communication and team management.
