about the job

Reporting to the team lead, you will have the opportunity to

Champion sales compensation activities and projects within the region, such as developing and managing sales compensation tools and analytics, implement, drive, review and propose sales compensation analytics and processes

Act as an advisor for sales analytics and projects e.g. performance quotas, incentive schemes and payout processes

Partner with colleagues from global offices and teams on projects

skills and experience required


Degree in related field

Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales Operations and Compensation, familiar with sales metrics

Experience in MNC and regional activities would be advantageous

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word), SQL, Business Intelligent tools

Highly analytical, work well in fast paced environment
