Our client is a leading manufacturer of precision-engineered offshore drilling and production equipment. They’re now looking for a Senior/Subcontracting Coordinator to join their dynamic team.
What you will be here for
- To coordinate and prepare proposal documents, prepare cost estimates, risks and contractual reviews in relation to the pursuit of projects
- Preparation and compilation of quotes and proposals in accordance with ITT guidelines.
- Review of all information relating to bid, clarification of responses received from internal support departments
- Attending meetings with the tender pursuit team
- Gathering support information from internal drives for insertion into bid document
- Maintaining a single point of contact for the client during the bid and bid clarification phases.
- Distributing bid clarification documents to the responsible personnel, expediting the timely response therefrom and submitting the clarification responses to the client.
- Complying with Quality and HSE regulations, policies, procedures as applicable to function.
- Assisting Sales Admin Clerk with sales order entry and revisions in Epicor.
- Assisting with the training and mentoring of Quotations Coordinators
- Assisting with the distribution of workload in the department, in liaison with Quotation Supervisor
What you will need
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering
- Strong IT skills including working knowledge of Microsoft office
- Considerable experience in a similar commercial or technical role
- Willing to work in the West (company transport provided at designated MRT stations)
