Our client is a global leader in supplying building materials to various industries. As a result of continued success, they are looking for a Sales Coordinator to lead the business in its next phase of growth.

about the job

As the Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible to:

  • Work closely with Area Managers to improve their productivity by coordinating data and ensuring the support materials are all up to date
  • Checking of orders for the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers
  • Ensuring orders are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time
  • Ensuring sales records and financial reports are well maintained and accurate
  • Supporting Area Sales Management Team administrative related matters

skills & experience required

To be successful in this position, you must have the ability to demonstrate or possess:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business administrative or Supply Chain and Logistics

  • 1 to 2 years of experience as a Sales Support executive or Sales Coordinator
  • Training will be provided
  • Proficient in Words, Excel and PowerPoint
