They are presently seeking to hire a Sales Coordinator to be the liaising point of contact for regional distributors in South-East Asia. About the job

As a Sales Coordinator, you will be expected to liaise closely with the head office in Korea with regards to all aspects of the ordering process to ensure a smooth delivery of stocks to the distributors. Your job responsibilities would include the retrieval and consolidation of PO, dissemination of invoices and shipping documentations to relevant parties, following up on discrepancies in payments, coordinating on restock availability and warranty issues as well as providing assistance in sales forecasting. This role requires you to possess high business acumen to recommend and implement enhancement in internal processes and further develop new markets in line with the brand’s growth strategy.


About the manager/team

You will be working closely with the administrative executive and report directly to the CEO of the Singapore office.


skills and experience required

The incumbent should be tertiary educated and come with at least 5 years of relevant experience in the order fulfillment department. To succeed in this role, you must be organised and possess a high level of problem solving ability to identify and resolve arising issues in a timely and efficient manner. This position requires you to keep an analytical mind to review and evaluate systems and processes within the organisation and implement changes where required. Additionally, great interpersonal and communication skills are essential to communicate with stakeholders across various nationalities. The ideal candidate should be highly independent, self motivated and comfortable with connecting virtually.
