about the job

As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for the PnL and the management of the sales performance within South East Asia. Apart from managing the entire sales process, you will also be managing a team of sales personnel to drive business performance and objectives. Other responsiblities include:

  • Management of entire end-to-end sales process of both new business development and account management
  • Develop new business opportunities through an executable plans to build a sales pipeline in the ASEAN market. This includes prospecting, negotiations and deal closure.
  • Account management of existing accounts and increasing revenue size of existing clients through cross-selling and up-selling
  • Meeting and exceeding annual and quarterly sales targets including maintenance of accurate pipelining
  • Management of a Sales team from performance appraisals, monitoring of KPIs, to the building up of a proficient sales team including recruitment

skills and experience required

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • At least 6 years experience in B2B sales, preferably in the CRM, HRM, HCM sector with 3 years of management/supervisory experience
  • Strong experience in selling HR solutions such as PEO and payroll outsourcing, as well as subject matter experitse in HR software (HCM/HRMS/HRIS)
  • Experience managing the entire sales process from prospecting to close
  • Hunter mentality with strong experience in lead generation, outbound sales, prospecting and cold calling for new business development
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization, particularly at the C-level
  • Strong presentations skills, both formal and informal
  • Strong time management skills with great organisation skills and the ability to prioritize work assignments and shift work efforts based business goals.
  • Willingness to travel for work (once COVID-19 travel restrictions are eased)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
