As the Sales Director, you will play a crucial role in identifying new markets and acquiring new clients globally for the business. You will maintain a healthy pipeline by effectively qualifying leads and offers, and by controlling the whole sales process from identifying new opportunities to closure. Additionally, you will design and carry out sales roadmaps via connections and follow-ups, carefully adjusting efforts to reach sales goals as appropriate.
skills and experience required
To be an ideal candidate, you should come with at least 8 years of experience in sales/business development, predominantly hunting experience. Due to the nature of the business, you should come with prior experience in the BPO industry. You should have a proven sales track record, comfortable working with C-Level leadership across industries, with a driven and independent attitude.
