    As a successful applicant, you will posses a highly client centric mindset with strong relationship building abilities. You will also be resilient with solid time management skills and pride yourself as someone who thrives in a highly stressful environment. Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

    • Providing top tier customer service and support to clients to maintain high levels of satisfaction
    • Developing a good understanding of clients' needs to be able to identify opportunities, provide product knowledge or cross sell to maximise products and platform utilisation
    • Consistently achieving monthly KPI targets and acting as brand ambassador for all client interactions

    skills and experience required

    • Bachelor's in a relevant discipline, eg. Business, Finance, Economics
    • Prior successful track record in sales and roles with KPIs or targets would be highly favored
    • Strong interest and intermediate knowledge of financial markets advantageous
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
