As part of their expansion , they are looking for a Sales Lead with an established track record to build upon their market presence within the local market.
About the role
Reporting to the VP of Sales, your responsibilities will include
- To work closely with senior management to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand customer base within the local market.
- To leverage upon knowledge of the local market and identify new business opportunities and establishing relationships with key clients and existing clients by ensuring their needs are met and providing strong after sales support if required
- You would be required to stay updated on industry trends , competitive landscape and customer needs in order for the organization to stay competitive and providing customized solutions to clients
- To prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to provide insights into performance in order to assist in management decisions making process
- As the Sales Lead you would also be responsible for leading , mentoring and motivating reporting line and to ensure that they are able to meet their individual and organizational”s overall objectives
- This role would also be require for the candidate to demonstrate strong cross functional collaboration skill sets such as marketing and product development to ensure synergy and a cohesive approach to customer satisfaction & engagement
Skills and experience required
- Min 8 years of relevant industry experience with exceptional understanding of the local market
- Proven IT Solutions sales record in consistently exceeding sales targets
- Strong technical knowledge of IT Solutions such as AI, BI, Cloud-solutions
- Results oriented mindset with a strong business acumen that is require to drive business growth
