As a sales manager, you will:
- Be responsible for meeting sales revenue for your assigned product portfolio within Singapore market
- Manage a team of account managers to achieve set commercial targets and sales growth
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.

You will report to the commercial manager and work closely with your team to achieve commercial objectives.
skills and experience required
Bachelor Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in diagnostics equipment and/or consumables sales.
Minimum 1 year of team management experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to motivate, train and mentor sales personnel to achieve targets.
