As part of their regional market expansion, they are looking for a Sales Manager or Sales Executive to assist in driving new business opportunities and upsizing existing accounts.

About the role
Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, your responsibilities will include
- You will be in charge of managing, developing and motivating the regional sales channels in order to achieve company objectives and strategy.
- Be responsible for timely follow up and reporting of all sales enquiries in the regions including end users.
- You will be tasked to Identify new business opportunities across the regions and oversee the successful development and launch of new product initiatives.
- Working closely with senior management to strategize on pricing levels and strategize Developing a constant flow of new business activity whilst maintaining and developing existing business levels.
- Developing and implementing annual business plans for each region
Skills and experience required
- Min 3 years of related experience in door/ hardware/ access control or related industry
- Ability to think strategically and demonstrated record of developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
