Sales Manager - Interior Furniture & Fittings Industry

The firm’s infrastructure is vast and with marketing and trading offices spanning across Asia, Europe, North America.

About the Job

Reporting directly to the MD based in Singapore, you will be responsible for leading and managing the business operations in Singapore while managing a sales / design team, aiming to maximize business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the Country P&L and responsible in developing sales strategies to achieve long-term business goals and objectives
  • Manage activities in Singapore and Malaysia, which includes spearheading and business goals and leading the sales team to product the brands products and secure specification jobs/projects undertaken by large Interior Design Firms, architects, consultants, contractors.
  • Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts
  • Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients
  • Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up
  • Achieving and exceeding monthly and annual KPIs
  • Requirements:-
  • At least 5 years experience in Business Development (B2B) and/or Sales/Key Account Management, ideally within the - Furniture, Fittings and Equipment’s industry.
  • Strong contacts and relationships with architects, developers and interior designers would be a strong advantage.
  • Have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Have strong experience in consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior level client relationships.
  • Excellent leadership, change management and communication skills
