About the client
A leading IT Solutions provider with presence in more than 40 countries , they are seeking to grow their AV, Storage , Cloud and physical infrastructure for the local market. Hence they are looking for a driven Sales Manager to strategize and implement sales strategies for their targeted market and to develop brand awareness in line with the organization's global image.
About the role
Reporting to SEA Regional Manager, your responsibilities include
- To work closely with the reporting manager to plan sales strategies and develop annual sales targets and work towards exceeding set agreed targets.
- In charge of all sales activities and develop and manage portfolio of targeted accounts and ensure regular engagement with prospects and existing accounts
- Be the point of contact for key accounts , and in charge of negotiating contracts and agreements align with organizational objectives and branding
- Develop and maintain grow areas for AV, Storage , Compute , Networking and Physical Infrastructure and to optimize lead generations for new prospects
- Working closely with cross functional teams such as marketing to ensure brand awareness and to ensure qualification of leads generated
- To monitor sales metrics and provide accurate sales forecasts and to develop a stable and consistent pipeline to ensure maximum efficiency
- Keep in touch with latest technologies development to ensure competitiveness within the local market
- Being the representative of the company in any applicable local networking events and industry conference
- To work closely and collaboratively with colleagues from all region to ensure key engagements with key global clients
Skills and experience required
- Min of 6 years of relevant experience with proven track sales record with the ability to handle and exceed sales targets
- Able and willing to communicate and present effectively to C Suite level stakeholders and provide customize IT solutions to their unique needs
- Excellent collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders both locally and Globally
