Sales Manager - Singapore

about the job

  • Formulate and implement business strategies to grow the sales of the respective units, specifically for the VIP members / corporates / consumers, i,e Advertising Sales and Gift Vouchers
  • Account Servicing- Maintains service quality and establishes relationships between current clients by making visits, understanding needs, and anticipating new business opportunities.
  • Business development - Identify new clients and develop opportunities to cross-sell with other business units such as Membership and A&P in line with new trends and suitability with our business profile.
  • Plan the advertising account activities such as identifying customers, developing sales proposals and managing resources to attain or exceed revenue objectives on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
  • Prepare and present sales report to the management, address the sales stagnation/decline(if any) and make appropriate recommendations.
  • Benchmark best practices in the industry, monitor competitors’ activities to maintain our competitiveness (in terms of advertising rates) and effectiveness (in terms of promotions).
  • Lead, manage, and mentor the sales teams in achieving their respective KPIs, in line with overall targets.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or any other related fields.
  • At least 5 years’ ad sales managerial experience in leading a sales team and proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales target.
  • Excellent presentation skills and customer relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills.
  • Passionate about closing deals
