- Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Sales Manager, will be responsible for overseeing wholesalers, Ecommerce channels, marketplaces for the Singapore market.
Key responsibilities include:
- Elevate practices linked to management of Wholesalers RTM initiatives i,e JBP, Providing guidance, structure and processes, targets
- Main accountability to manage a P&L / Commercial plans to drive KPI: drive sell-in (volume, net sales, contributive
- margin) and manage A&P budget
- Design and implement plans launching programs to improve distribution and rotations

Skill and qualifications needed
- Degree holder with formal business qualifications or equivalent with minimum 8 years working experience in commercial roles within the FMCG environment, preferably F&B FMCG sector.
- Experience in Wholesaler negotiations, commercial terms, Modern Trade exposure
- Experience of Key Account Management and managing E commerce or a digital related projects is crucial
- Excellent critical thinking, strategic mindset and analytical skills
- Rational mind using data to design implementation of strategies and evaluate results
- Organised and strong result orientation
- Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive and hands-on, able to translate strategy into concrete actions
