A world renowned European pharmaceutical company is expanding their sales team as a result of their growing portfolio and they want to bring in a Sales Manager to take part in that exciting journey!

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Equipped with an entrepreneurial spirit, you will lead, coach and manage sales representatives in driving capabilities in clinical demands for the brands and be responsible for managing and prioritizing individual territories through building strategic relations for positive sales performance. Your ambition will resonate with AstraZeneca’s values while supporting your team using smart communication approaches to help build the knowledge and conduct science-based discussions for the brands.

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 5 years' pharmaceutical industry experience in Oncology, of which at least 2 years in sales
  • Excellent operational skills and ability to think strategically
  • Able to work cross-functionally especially with sales team to develop specific plan to address different challenges at customer level
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player, organized, results oriented and independent
  • Broad understanding of the commercial, operational and strategic aspects of the pharmaceutical business
  • High grades in Bachelor's degree in natural sciences
  • Sales leadership and/or pharmaceutical brand management experience
