Reporting to the General Manager, you will be managing a team of 3 to 4 team members.
about the job
We are currently looking to hire a Marketing Manager! You will be primarily responsible for developing marketing and sales strategies to increase brand awareness, foster client acquisition and retention, plan events and art exhibitions, and foster sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement marketing plans to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Examine consumer behavior and market trends to identify growth prospects.
- Work together with the team to create effective marketing campaigns that can be used in print, email, and social media.
- Conduct customer and market research to obtain information and guide marketing decisions.
- Work together with the store manager to create marketing campaigns that support new product releases and revenue targets.
- Establish marketing plans for the events, which should include creating promotional materials, running social media pages, and collaborating with agencies to secure media attention.
- Increase sales by reaching out to and engaging with the gallery's audience in a targeted manner.
- Manage the budget, ensuring the spending matches revenue targets and that marketing investments provide a profit.
- Manage the events and exhibitions, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management
skills and experience required
- You should have 5 years of sales and marketing experience
- Demonstrated proven capability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast moving environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
