Working closely with the Division Head, this role will give you the opportunity to understand and develop long term business strategy. the overall lease management from scanning global retail trends, prospecting, marketing and negotiating on available spaces, reviewing tenancy coAs the brand Retail Leasing Manager for Singapore, your focus will be managing lease management from reviewing global retail and F&B trends, prospecting, marketing and negotitatiing on available spaces as well as managing tenancy agreements with the exisiting landlords. These can range from property owners and developers. Working closely with Operations, you can assess and negotiate preferential rates based on commercial success for each of these outlets. Through the Master Lease Agreement, it is important that you keep close to the expiry dates and look at the validity for each of these locations. Due to the strength of the brand and the power it gives you, you will often find yourself in a good negotiating position. skills and experience requiredTo be successful in this role, we are seeking individuals with the following:Ability to convince internal stakeholders with strong presentation skillsManage a large number of leases while taking the lead in business requirementsGood commercial acumen in understanding when and where to negotiate for preferred rates with the landlordsExcellent communication skillsAt least 8 years of relevant experience would be required to fulfil the responsibilities of this roleRelevant qualifications in Business, Building & Real Estate or related fields will be considered for this role.
