    about the job
    In the role of a Sales Operations Assistant, you will be assisting in the full spectrum of order management process from the processing of orders to invoicing. This includes, coordinating tender projects and documentations, organizing regional meetings with the sales division, including roadshows and workshops, attending to customer enquiries on products and services, and rendering administrative support to the sales division in areas of opportunity management, quotes creation, customer relationship management as well as processing of order requests via the SAP system.

    The incumbent will also be required to coordinate order and contract review with applicable departments and maintain an accurate eOPC for internal record keeping purposes.

    about the manager/team
    You will be working in a lean team of 2, reporting directly to the operations Manager.

    skills and experience required
    The incumbent has to be tertiary-educated with at least 1 years of relevant work experience in an order management position, preferably within the Healthcare industry. To excel in this role, you should possess an outgoing personality and good interpersonal skills to be able to collaboratively with your colleagues in a cross functional capacity. Attention to detail is an essential quality for this position as you will be required to review contracts and quotations as well as perform data entry tasks within the SAP system.
