  • Base salaries up to SG$6000 x 12, Variable Bonus 2-3 months

Job description

As the Sales Operations Executive / analyst, reporting to the GM - ASIA directly - you provide executive support on general administration, business development, coordinate administrative support to the wider team on HR, procurement and general administration.

Singapore being the group’s regional Asia Hub, you will be supporting the business growth by identifying areas for expansion and improvement. You use methods such as analyzing key metrics; coordinating & working with various stakeholders (sales, marketing, and operations) to ensure business goals are met.

Sales / Analyst Support

Integrate, compile, analyze, and evaluate data on sales, categories & operations performance

  • Preparation & analysis of reports to identify trends, cost saving opportunities & make
  • Monitor demand generation activities to achieve maximum sales results consistent with a sales forecast, ensuring category targets are achieved
  • Analyze business performance, including net sales (sell-in), retail sales (sell out), product/color mix, inventory, demand planning

Office / Operation Administration Support

  • Lead Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) events, trade show, distributors events
  • HR/onboarding/staff administrative support & coordination & General office duties as required

Skills required

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or in a related discipline
  • Relevant experience in a sales/marketing/operations environment
  • Ability to be responsible for several concurrent tasks, manage multiple projects and competing deadlines in a high-intensity / B2C / Retail environment
  • Attention to detail & meticulous
  • Strong financial understanding & data
  • Strong presentation and relationship management skills
  • Positive and engaging customer-centric approach
  • Strong ability to be self-motivated and work independently
  • Proficient with advanced computer software skills (spreadsheet, presentation software, G-Suite), IT / digital savvy
