A automotive leader is in search of an Admin Officer for maternity coverage. As a member supporting the Sales team, you will provide administrative assistance such
as scheduling appointments, collating data from management team for reporting matrices and planning travel arrangements.
About the role
Reporting to the Sales Manager and the sales team, the individual will be responsible for sales support admin but not limited to the following:
Track and monitor several reports on a timely and regular basis to support business
decisions. Hence, familiarity with Excel functions is critical.

Skills and requirement
- Min GCE ‘O’ level / Nitec / Diploma in Business Studies /Management
- At least 1 year of working experience in supporting sales operations departments
- Enjoy learning and working in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment
- Proactive, disciplined and committed to do your best
- Application knowledge with MS office is essential, and unafraid to learn/use new system
