About the Job
You will be responsible for providing daily sales and administrative support, including handling sales inquiries, preparing quotations, and supporting the commercial team. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Sales Related Support: Manage sales support projects, including tender submissions and product preparation. Maintain price lists, handle sales documentation, and prepare sales reports.
- Marketing Related Support: Assist with market analysis, business reports, and marketing materials. Coordinate with other departments and vendors as needed.
- Service Sales Related Support: Support technical and service inquiries and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Skills and Experience Required
- Minimum GCE ‘A’ level or Diploma in a relevant field.
- At least 2 years of experience in project administration or sales support within the medical device industry
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work under tight deadlines, and good interpersonal skills.
