About the job

As Customer Service Administrator, you will carry out a wide range of business support and coordination activities for the day to day operations of the company. Your job responsibilities include establishing and developing sound relationships with prospects and customers, preparing and submitting sales quotations and related documents, Maintaining quote records for future review, responding to customers’ enquiries, providing technical support to customers and performing other ad-hoc duties when assigned. This position also requires you to be in constant communication with the project and operations teams and work closely among inter-departments to ensure committed schedules are met.


About the manager/team

You will be working in a team of less than 10 people and report directly to the Program Manager.


Skills and experience required

You should possess minimally an O-level certification with at least 1 year of relevant experience in providing sales and administrative support. To excel in this role, you have to be resilient and have the adaptive capacity to work well both in a team and independently. As this position requires you to be in constant engagement with clients from China who may not be proficient in English, you should be effectively bilingual in both English and Mandarin.
