    • Maintain service standards to develop and improve customer satisfaction and retention
    • Ensure that all customer requests are handled in a timely and consistent manner
    • Ensure that all transactions are in adherance to regulatory, compliance and internal audit requirements
    • Support sales team to provide excellent service to high net-worth clients to achieve client retention
    • Partner customer, Business Support and service providers to ensure timely transaction processing and service delivery of customers’ requirements and enquieries

    skills and experience required

    • Minimum diploma required
    • Minimum 2 years of financial product sales experience
