The role is a newly created position to support the growing health insurance business in Singapore.

Our client is a leading player in the health insurance industry with operations across the globe including the US, Europe and Asia Pacific region.

This role supports a multitude of functions not limited to case installation, enrolment and eligibility administration (new, update, terminate), clients / brokers escalations, TPA claims, LOG and billing reconciliation and also Generation of simple reports



skills and experience required

Our client is looking for someone with experience in health insurance and preferably with operations background.

The ideal candidate should be someone who enjoys working in the back office function.

This person will be required to maintain an effective and professional credit control system for Singapore business, collecting premiums through efficient and effective methods in line with regional legislation and business terms and conditions and also support the client services team to install new case, manage the TPA billing and manage the reconciliation with their vendors / business partners.
