    In the role of an Administrative Executive (Sales) , you will be assisting in the full spectrum of the sales administration process. Your job responsibilities include supporting the sales division in areas of opportunity management, attending to incoming customers calls and emails, coordinating tender projects and documentation submissions to aid in the tender bidding process, as well as preparing and distributing maintenance contract renewal notice to clients upon their contract renewal date. You will also be required to effectively manage client information within the database and assist the marketing department in the creation and execution of marketing initiatives.

    This role reports directly to the Deputy Director

    skills and experience required

    The ideal candidates should be tertiary educated and possess at least 1 year of experience in an order management function preferably within the media industry. Agility in picking up new systems and knowledge is essential as the role would require meticulous attention to detail in the maintenance of information within the company’s operative system. The ideal candidate would need to be able to multitask under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with your stakeholders and external vendors to support business requirements.
