    My client is one of the leading data center platform providers with presence in more than 40 countries. They assist companies in their digital transformation and solutions across a variety of industries and as part of their expansion.

    They are looking for a candidate with strong technical knowledge to provide support in both pre and post sales activities to enable a more efficient sales process.

    About the job

    Reporting to the Senior Director and leading a team of 2 , your responsibilities will include

    • Execute project deliverables, ensuring that sales enablement efforts deliver on the strategic goals agreed upon with senior leaders
    • To support both pre-sales and post sales activities and this includes assessing suitability of products and solutions to clients” needs
    • To support sales teams in their sales cycle by providing sound technical advice to prospects at the pre-sales stage
    • Able to grasp technical concepts to aid in preparation of product specifications for development and installation of customized applications and solutions
    • To aid in sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients and collaboratively effectively with sales team for follow up
    • Interface between departments to obtain approval during the pre-sales phase in conformity with company policies and procedures
    • Lead technical tours and presentations detailing data centers location and network interconnection services
    • To provide feedbacks to products or engineering teams on potential products issues or clients feedbacks in order to meet their needs more effectively
    • Works with marketing and product managers to define new products and may provide insight from the field back to these groups.

    Skills and experience required

    • Min 7 years of experience in Data center industry with strong pre-sales experience
    • Good technical knowledge with data relevant Data center certifications will be a plus
    • Effective collaborative skill-sets and is able to handle issues in an amicable manner and able to provide constructive inputs and feedbacks to relevant department
