about the role:
- Assist sales leadership in cultivating strong, trusting relationships with field leaders.
- Generate reports for business-building activities to help the sales team stay on track with month-end goals.
- Provide support to sales leadership in regular interactions with field leaders to set goals and develop team growth strategies.
- Prepare meeting agendas for the Sales Manager
- Help organize and manage online and offline meetings, training sessions, and engagements for the field.
- Manage the full aspects of sales training sessions and webinars.
- Utilize creative engagement strategies to support active promotions and sales activities.
- Facilitate participation in recognition programs and events for the sales team.
- Manage and run the full spectrum of sales events, including venue selection, travel arrangements, accommodation, transportation, food and beverage, speaker coordination etc.
- Provide administrative support to sales leadership, including making travel arrangements, assisting in presentation creation, monitoring social media groups, submitting marketing and IT requests, handling reimbursement requests, and scheduling meetings.
- Take and send out minutes for the sales team.
skills and experience required:
- Degree in business, public relations, marketing, or relevant.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a relevant industry.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to multiple time-sensitive demands, shifting priorities, and ambiguity.
- Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Open to travelling.
