about the job
As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be expected to contribute to the efficient operation of the business by providing immaculate coordination and administrative support to the commercial team. You would be the point of contact for customers and channel partners with queries about sales orders and deliveries and documentation support for government tender submission. In this role, you are to coordinate SEA regional activities and support regional remote staff and distributors such as distributor agreement, sales order processing, backlog report regeneration and sales quotation. Additionally, you should possess strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with the Customer Care and Logistics department to ensure well-timed deliveries and fulfil any additional administrative assistance required.

This role sits within the Sales and Service Department and reports directly to the Sales and Service Director based in Singapore.
skills and experience required
The incumbent should be tertiary-educated with minimally 2 years of order management/ sales support experience in a fast paced environment. To succeed in this role, you must be highly organised and possess high levels of administrative capabilities to coordinate multiple stakeholders, drive initiatives and enhance the efficiency of internal business processes. It is essential that you have great interpersonal and communication skills with a strong command of written and spoken English to communicate with stakeholders in a diverse environment. Prior hands-on experience with SAP, SFDC software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular) will be advantageous.
