As an individual contributor, you will report directly to the Start & Ops Lead. In this role you will work closely with the in-country sales leaders, marketing and global commercial teams.
skills and experience required
Armed with at least a Bachelor degree, you must possess at least 3 years’ experience in a CRM/sales-related role within the pharmaceutical industry.
Analytical skills and proficiency in tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau) to process data and provide feedback.
To succeed in this role, you must possess the ability to think strategically and work effectively within a cross-functional team.
Self-driven and strong prioritization skills require as you will need to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of and experience working in the country health care environments will be preferred.
