Provide advisory and guidance on sanctions-related matters for all APAC locations
Drive consistency, efficiency and execution of the firm’s overall sanctions compliance program
Provide input on new business initiatives, new products, and advise on complex transactions
Perform horizon scanning of new sanctions regulations and carry out impact assessments of sanctions-related developments
Carry out sanctions training for relevant business units and first line of defence
Continuously monitor the sanctions regulatory situation in the region
Participate in global and regional sanctions projects

skills and experience required

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a financial institution providing sanctions advisory and financial crime compliance
Strong understanding of regional sanctions laws, regulations and policies
Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
