Reporting directly to the Global Head of Change Management, your responsibility includes:

Leading and executing the change management activities for the SAP migration project. This includes developing the formulation of change strategy to execution of the changes which includes achieving buy-in, managing business change impact analysis and readiness assessment

Being a subject matter expert in change management practice and assisting in growing the change competencies and engagement of the sponsor and project core team

Creating and managing measurement systems to track adoption, utilisation and proficiency of individual changes

Design and facilitating workshops with business stakeholders / project sponsor and project core team across Asia

Establishing and maintaining effective partnerships with the senior leaders, project teams and frontline execution teams

Developing training materials and conducting training across Asia

Interacting closely with global IT HQ out of Asia

Skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, you will have proven track record in extensive change management initiatives at an enterprise level. Engagement with senior business stakeholder exposure is required for this role. Proven track record in ERP / SAP

Candidate with regional / global exposure will be highly preferred.
