About the company

Our Client is an Europe based high tech manufacturing MNC with offices across Europe and Asia. As part of their expansion plan in Singapore, they are now hiring for a SAP HR Consultant/ SuccessFactors HRIS Specialist to join their team.


Reporting directly to the SAP Manager, IT, your role involves:

  • Providing development, analysis, and testing of SAP HR (payroll modules, Leave Application, Time Management and etc)
  • Leading SAP SuccessFactors project implementation
  • Translating business requirements to technical specifications
  • Identify opportunities to improve design and performance across multiple functions

Skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, you will have at least 3 years of experience in SAP HR (Payroll, Time management, Personnel Administration and etc). Candidates should have proven track record in engaging with senior business stakeholders. Exposure to SuccessFactors will be highly preferred.

Candidates with proven track record in working closely with the SAP ABAP Development team will be of added advantage.
