About the company

Our Client is a market leader within their industry. They have a well-established presence of more than 70 years with a global footprint of more than 15 countries. With rapid expansion plan, they are now looking for a new SAP Service Delivery Executive, Asia to be a part of their team here in their Singapore Regional Headquarters.



About the job


Reporting to the Head of IT, your role involves:

  • Managing the SLA of the SAP external vendor, ensuring that SLA has been adhered to
  • Providing level 1 SAP support to users across Asia in a ticketing environment
  • Managing SAP Incidence and Change management
  • Engaging with business stakeholders to deliver process improvements
  • Designing and implementing Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery across Asia
  • Assisting in SAP project implementation which includes milestone planning, risk management and external vendor management

Skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, you will have at least 4 years of experience in SAP support in a ticketing environment across Asia. Candidates with exposure to Change and Incidence management will be highly preferred. Proven track record in working with end user environment will be highly preferred.
