As a SAP Systems and Project Support, your job responsibilities involve:
- Providing daily solutions to SAP issues and inquiries, with a focus on SD, MM modules, supporting the business during requirement definition.
- Supporting user creation and conducting key user training.
- Preparing, reviewing, and validating Evolution tickets.
- Establishing priorities among all tickets within the defined budget based on business requirements.
- Keeping track of evolution tickets and regularly following up with key-users
- Monitoring affiliates and IT support to challenge the overall evolution budget and ticket response time, and ensuring clean-up of open tickets (backlog).
- Managing projects, with a particular focus on requirements definition, follow-up, change management, and post go-live review, this includes project coordination.
- Ensuring validation and follow-up with the different involved parties
- Ensuring compliance with SAP standards and facilitating a smooth transfer from project to support mode.
- Supervising the implementation of SAP and ensuring up-to-date tools in line with current business requirements.
- Coordinating with Global HQ and the region to ensure that support tools and data are updated.
- Ensuring SAP usage is in line with Standard Operating Procedures.
- Reviewing SAP processes to ensure compliance, promote best practices, and drive efficiency across affiliates.
Skills and experience required
As a successful candidate, you should have at least 6 years of experience in a SAP Support role coupled with strong Project Coordination and Project Management experience on SAP.
You should also have good knowledge on SAP modules across SD, MM.
