    Our client is a leading luxury retail brand, headquartered in Paris with stores and operations globally. They are now seeking a HR Specialist to support end-to-end HR for the SEA markets. This is a permanent role based in their Singapore office, located at Orchard.

    about the job

    In this role, you will report directly into the Regional HR Manager. Responsibilities include:

    • Supporting full spectrum of HR activities; including but not limited to HR operations, On-boarding / Off-boarding, Talent Acquisition & Retention, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Compensations and Benefits Administration
    • Process and generate HR monthly reports; including maintaining and updating monthly headcount reports and organisation charts
    • Support in recruitment activities, interview scheduling and employee engagement activities
    • Any other key HR initiatives and HR projects


    skills and experience required

    • Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
    • 3 years’ experience in a HR Generalist role, ideally within the retail or consumer industry
    • Track record handling end-to-end HR including HR operations, talent acquisition, payroll checking and HR reporting
    • Good working knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and local HR practices
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff
    • Positive working attitude, meticulous and reliable
    • Self-motivated and passion to be part of the luxury retail industry
