about the job
You will be responsible to lead and drive the regional sales team, business development team and service team to achieve the annual budget and profit objectives
The individual will be responsible for new customer acquisition and retention of existing customers, as well as promoting company's overall offerings to maximize profitability. You are responsible for the development of sales budgets and pricing strategies, as well as the measurement of customer satisfaction.
You will also need to ensure outstanding issues are resolved in a timely manner, cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, and represent the division at industry and customer meetings.
about the manager/team
You will lead a regional team who are spread around each regional office within SEA and reporting to the Regional Director.
skills & experience required
The ideal candidate will possess at least a bachrlor degree in business or related majors with at least 10 years of successful sales and marketing experience in the SEA region, demonstrated leadership ability, critical eye for talent, strong communication skills, and is willing to travel within SEA region.
Working experience in food services, or food industry will be an advantage.
