A global organisation in the real estate business that is rapidly expanding is looking for a SEA Senior Learning & Development (L&D) Manager. This position would report directly to the Head of Learning and Development (L&D) and is a newly created position.

About the role

Are you passionate about developing people in a growing business? As the L&D Senior Manager you will drive and support the learning programs and initiatives in the SEA region.

You will be responsible for:

  • Implementing the technical curriculum framework
  • New hire induction – online training and revamp of current materials
  • Revamp managers’ training program
  • Revamp Graduate program
  • Identifies gaps in training curriculum and enhance the programs
  • Reviews any current training materials to ensure that it is relevant
  • Assists in the preparation of the APAC training budget
  • Use of e-learning tools for training
  • Manage SEA training providers, vendors, government bodies and other external stakeholders.
  • Design and develop curriculums and programs
  • Execute, implement and facilitate programs and courses
  • Analyze feedback metrics

About you

You have a degree in HR, Educational, Organizational Psychology or relevant field and Professional certification (e.g. CPLP) is advantageous.

You have good stakeholders’ management skills who is able to influence senior management on L&D strategies. You have good communications skills who is independent and a good team player. You are results oriented, hands on and willing to roll up your sleeves.

You come with 15 years of L&D experience – such as designing, developing and implementing training programs.
