about the job
As an Office Secretary, your primary duty is to provide administrative support to support the team’s day to day activities, ensuring all tasks are executed timely and effectively. Your job responsibilities will include attending to incoming enquiries via phone/emails, scheduling of appointments and meeting, coordinating travel arrangements, processing expense reimbursements, assisting in office management duties and performing any additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the General Manager.

This position sits within the Singapore Representative office and reports to the General Manager. You will be working with a lean team to provide immaculate administrative support to the business operations. As such, you should be comfortable with working in a team setting as well as autonomously.
skills and experience required
The incumbent should be tertiary educated with at least 2 years of proven experience in providing secretarial/ administrative support in a diversified environment. To succeed in this role, you must possess strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail, with proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion. It is essential that you have great interpersonal and communication skills with a strong command of written and spoken English. The ideal incumbent should also be meticulous, resourceful, independent and be able to perform under high pressure and tight deadlines.
