about the job
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of securities transfer
- Liaise closely with internal stakeholders to perform call backs and resolution of failed transfers
- Handle all activities in accordance to regulatory requirements
- Participate in process improvements and other project initiatives
skills and experience required
- Carries at least 3 years of relevant experience, ideally within the Private Wealth industry
- Knowledge in end-to-end Securities Transfers processes
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
