Strong familiarity with BOM and multi-level BOM structure for semiconductor equipment manufacturing

Prompt and accurate BOM analysis and demand loading

Implement continuous process improvement and good working understanding of BOM

Investigate root cause and provide solutions for excess and obsolete/slow-moving inventory

Work closely with MDP (Master Data Planner) to assist in establishing policies for Effective Materials Planning (EMP) and PFEP (Plan For Every Part)

Manage optimal inventory level and meeting inventory turns

skills & experience required

• Degree / Diploma in Engineering / Supply Chain or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years experience in production & capacity planning
• Semiconductor manufacturing (capital equipment / OEM Manufacturer background)
• Able to read / understand Bill of Material(BOM), Engineering Change Order (ECO)
• Working knowledge in spreadsheets , databases
• Understand about inventory planning
• Proficient in SAP
• Familiarity with ramp up volume manufacturing
• Strong understanding and ability to manage Engineering Changes and configuration changes in
  an SAP PLM environment
• Familiar with production flow and constraints
• Willing to work north of Singapore (Woodlands / Yishun / Ang Mo Kio)
