A leading US cloud-based enterprise software provider with market presence in more than 25 countries. As part of their growth strategies, they are looking for a candidate as an individual contributor with a solid sales track record in selling Sass products to C-suite level stakeholders as they expand their business unit in the local market.
About the role
Reporting to Director of Sales, your responsibilities will includeS
- Working closely with Senior management to develop a new business sales plan and strategy with overall objective to increase license sales revenue
- To take a proactive approach in identifying and reaching out to prospective clients and periodical follow-ups
- Providing a strategic and consultative sales pitch to potential customers via understanding their business needs and customizing value propositions to their needs
- Provide constant follow up and contact with existing clients and provide industry updates and identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell
- Able to understand competitor”s trends and develop appropriate sales strategies to gain market share
- Actively involved in company activities, such as regular sales meetings, forecasting, the achievement of annual targets etc
- Develop USP and able to understand organizational”s products & services and how it would benefits each individual clients
- Work in a collaborative manner with cross-functional teams to ensure that
- effective proposals and plans are presented to customers and partners.
Skills and experience required
- Min 5 years of experience in selling Saas products and with some knowledge of HCM software products
- Comfortable in interacting with C-suite stakeholders and is able customize solutions to their needs
- Sales driven with a knack of developing and identifying opportunities
